Talk Therapy

Talk therapy involves a therapeutic partnership between a therapist (me) and a client (you). It varies depending on your personality and my style as a therapist, as well as the particular challenges that brought you into sessions. Talk therapy is not like a medical doctor’s visit. Instead, it calls for a very active effort on your part. In order for the therapy to be most successful, you will have to work on things we talk about both during and outside of our sessions.
